I took Wendie in after she was evicted with the agreement that it was a 6 month temporary arrangement for her to get work and move out.
She mysteriously asked “Will my name be on the lease?”.
I answered “I’ll look into that”, but I didn’t.
9 months later I took early Social Security and informed Wendie that the 6 months were up and if needed, I was going to evict her.
2 weeks after my eviction announcement Wendie Owen had me arrested stating I had strangled her, put a knife to her throat and told her to move out.
This resulted in an Order of Protection against me, the apartment lessee and I couldn’t enter my own apartment.
Wendie discovered her name was not on the lease and if I were evicted, she would be also.
Wendie had to go back to Court and recant her attack story about me.
2 months later I got Wendie Owen out of my apartment.
